Official Letter of Invitation

Imprinted Sportswear Show welcomes international visitors from around the world. In order to obtain travel visas to attend, many US Embassies require that you have an Official Letter of Invitation from ISS. Please send your request to elaine.amacher@nielsen.com and list the following information: Full name, company name, address, fax number, e-mail address, complete registration confirmation number, and a copy of your airline ticket. The letter of invitation will be e-mailed to you within 5-10 working days in an industry standard .PDF format. We regret that we can no longer deliver this document by DHL, fax or other media means(no exceptions). For questions about this service, please contact: elaine.amacher@nielsen.com. Exhibitors-booth must be paid in full. Attendees must be registered.

DIRECTIONS TO ORANGE COUNTY CONVENTION CENTER

From the Orlando International Airport (EAST) 25 minutes
1. Go west on SR 528 to exit 1 (International Drive)
2. Go north (right) approximately one mile to Convention Center
3. The North/South Building parking lot can be accessed by turning right at the South Concourse sign or continuing north on International Drive and turning right onto Convention Way and following to Universal Boulevard, turn right onto Universal Boulevard.

From Daytona Beach or Downtown Orlando (NORTHEAST)
1. Take Interstate 4 west to the SR 528 exit (Exit 72)
2. Travel east on SR 528 to exit 1 (International Drive)
3. North (right) approximately one mile to Convention Center
4. The North/South Building parking lot can be accessed by turning right at the South Concourse sign or continuing north on International Drive and turning right onto Convention Way and following to Universal Boulevard, turn right onto Universal Boulevard.

From Gainesville, Florida (NORTHWEST) 2 hours
1. Take Interstate 75 south to Florida’s Turnpike
2. Go south on Florida’s Turnpike to Interstate 4 west
3. Go west on Interstate 4 to the SR 528 exit (Exit 72)
4. Go east on SR 528 to exit 1 (International Drive)
5. Go north (right) approximately one mile to Convention Center
6. The North/South Building parking lot can be accessed by turning right at the South Concourse sign or continuing north on International Drive and turning right onto Convention Way and following to Universal Boulevard, turn right onto Universal Boulevard.

From Tampa, Florida (SOUTHWEST) 1 Hour 15 Minutes
1. Take Interstate 4 east to the SR 528 exit (Exit 72)
2. East on SR 528 to exit 1 (International Drive)
3. North (right) approximately one mile to Convention Center

From Miami, Florida (SOUTHEAST) 3 – 4 hours Via Interstate 95
1. Take Interstate 95 north to SR 528
2. Go west on SR 528 to exit 1 (International Drive)
3. Go north (right) approximately one mile to Convention Center
4. The North/South Building parking lot can be accessed by turning right at the South Concourse sign or continuing north on International Drive and turning right onto Convention Way and following to Universal Boulevard, turn right onto Universal Boulevard.

Beware of Hotel Service Providers not Affiliated with Imprinted Sportswear Shows
It has come to our attention that several exhibitors, attendees and members have been contacted by housing vendors who are offering to provide room nights and hotel services at ISS. While these companies may have secured blocks of rooms at various hotels in and around Orlando, they are not the official housing provider for the Event.

ISS has again contracted with onPeak to be the sole housing company for ISS. It is important to note that our participating hotels are contractually obligated to accept room night commitments as it pertains to ISS only from onPeak. Booking through the official housing company has a wide range of benefits. Securing accommodations through the official room block ensures the most competitive rates throughout ISS, access to official ISS shuttle bus transportation, and added protection from "walks" in an oversold situation.

Please be aware that securing rooms with any company other than ISS’s official housing bureau, onPeak, is at your own risk. There have been many instances in the past when similar companies have gone out of business after taking the reservation and deposit, leaving individuals without hotel rooms and lost deposits.
