- ISS Long Beach 2010 is a trade event. No children under the age of 16 will be allowed on the show floor. Proof of age is required.
- No cameras or video equipment allowed on the show floor. Violators will be prosecuted.
- No baby strollers or rolling carts larger than airline carry on size are permitted on the show floor.
- Cancellation requests for refunds must be received in writing by December 1, 2009 and will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellation requests must be faxed to 770-777-8700 or mailed to: Registration Department, Nielsen Business Media, 1145 Sanctuary Parkway, Suite 355, Alpharetta, GA 30009.
- No refunds are available to persons who register after December 1, 2009.
- No refunds will be made for Expo/Show Floor Only passes.
- All refunds are issued after the last day of the show.
- An organization may substitute one person for another without penalty.
