- ISS Las Vegas 2012 is a trade eventNo children under the age of 16 will be allowed on the show floor. Proof of age is required.
- No cameras or video equipment allowed on the show floor. Violators will be prosecuted.
- No baby strollers or rolling carts larger than airline carry on size are permitted on the show floor.
- Cancellation requests for refunds must be received in writing by December 5, 2011 and will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellation requests must be faxed to (949) 226-5663 or mailed to ISS Registration, 31910 Del Obispo, Suite 200, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675.
- No refunds are available to persons who register after June 28, 2012.
- No refunds will be made for Expo/Show Floor Only passes.
- All refunds are issued after the last day of the show.
- An organization may substitute one person for another without penalty.
