Rhode Island Convention Center (Exhibitor) Parking:

The Rhode Island Convention Center has a online system for creating and distributing parking passes, for Exhibitors ONLY, at the convention center.

There is really no monetary saving for purchasing these passes; however it does allow (you) the exhibitor the privilege to come and go as you please, in and out of the garage.

If you do not order the passes, you will just have to pull a ticket each day when you arrive and pay the daily rate. The parking daily rate will be $10.00 effective June 1, 2008.

This new online system is streamlined and each event has only ONE option for the number of days indicated below.

The exhibitor can purchase their parking pass for (6) days.

The pass will encompass Move In + Length of the Event + Move out.

Exhibitor Move In: Wednesday July 16, 2008 – Thursday July 17, 2008

Show: Thursday July 18, 2008 – Saturday July 20, 2008

Exhibitor Move Out: Saturday July 20, 2008 – Sunday July 21, 2008

**These passes are processed through our Business Center and MUST be picked up during the exhibitor move in hours ONLY.

They can also be ordered onsite but again an exhibitor will have to purchase them at the fixed day number.


Beware of Misleading FAIRGUIDE Advertising SCAM.

Construct Data Verlag AG, an Austrian organization, is apparently targeting Nielsen Exposition exhibitors. They offer advertising space on their Fair Guide website, using a form which resembles an organizer’s free catalogue listing service, inviting exhibitors to sign and return the form for an entry in an on-line directory. However, exhibitors who sign and return the form are then bound to a non-terminable agreement at significant cost for a period of at least three years and automatically renewing thereafter at the same cost, unless cancelled by registered letter within the appropriate period.

Please note that Nielsen has no relationship with Construct Data Verlag AG, Fair Guide or any of its many other brands, and they have no right to use Nielsen’s show names and brands on information they send out to exhibitors. If you receive a document from Construct Data Verlag AG which uses our name or the name of our events and which offers advertising space on the Fair Guide website (www.fairguide.com), please do not sign the form unless you have carefully read and understood the terms contained in the small print.
