In order to obtain travel visas to attend, many US Embassies require that you have an Official Letter of Invitation from ISS. You can now request this document on-line. Please send your request to peggy.cross@nielsen.com and list the following information: Full name, company name, address, fax number, e-mail address, passport number and date of birth, complete registration confirmation number. The letter of invitation will be e-mailed to you within 5-10 working days in an industry standard .PDF format. We regret that we can no longer deliver this document by DHL, fax or other media means. NO rolling luggage, carts or package carriers allowed in the Exhibit Hall that do not meet airline carry-on requirements. NO cameras or video recorders allowed in the Show. NO message paging. Cancellation requests for refunds must be received in writing by July 28, 2008 and will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after July 28, 2008. Requests received will not be processed until after the close of the event. No refunds will be made for exhibit hall only registrations.
