How can I find out/confirm that I am pre-registered?
You will receive a confirmation email if you registered at least one month prior to the beginning of each show. If you did not receive a confirmation, please call Registration at 508-743-0532.

How can I have someone deleted from your mailing, fax or email list?
If you would like to be removed from the mailing, fax or email list, please send your request via fax to 770.777.8700, email customer.serviceatlanta@nielsen.com.

Can I bring my children to the show?

No one under the age of 16 years old will be allowed on the show floor.  Any students bewteen 16-18 years old will be asked for a picture ID with their date of birth.

Will speaker handouts be available on-site?

We will not be providing paper handouts.  All speaker materials will be emailed to the conference attendee one week prior to the conference.  For attendees who sign up on-site, an email will be sent with the speaker handouts after the conference.  Conference handouts are also available on ISS Connect to conference attendees.
