Attendee Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests for refunds must be received in writing by January 24, 2012 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after January 24, 2012. Requests received will not be processed until after the close of the event. No refunds will be made for exhibit hall only registrations or any registrations received after January 24, 2012.

Cancellation requests should be faxed to 770-777-8700 or mailed to the Imprinted Sportswear Show Registration Department, 1145 Sanctuary Parkway, Suite 355, Alpharetta, GA 30009-4756.
An organization may substitute one person for another without penalty

Event Restrictions
• No children under the age of 16 will be permitted on the show floor. Proof of age is required.
• No cameras or video equipment allowed on the show floor. Violators will be prosecuted.
• No baby strollers or rolling carts larger than airline carry on size are permitted on the show floor.

Official Letter of Invitation

Imprinted Sportswear Show welcomes international visitors from around the world. In order to obtain travel visas to attend, many US Embassies require that you have an Official Letter of Invitation from ISS. Please send your request to elaine.amacher@nielsen.com and list the following information: Full name, company name, address, fax number, e-mail address, complete registration confirmation number, and a copy of your airline ticket. The letter of invitation will be e-mailed to you within 5-10 working days in an industry standard .PDF format. We regret that we can no longer deliver this document by DHL, fax or other media means(no exceptions). For questions about this service, please contact: elaine.amacher@nielsen.com. Exhibitors-booth must be paid in full. Attendees must be registered.

Non-Exhibiting Industry Supplier, Producer, or Manufacturer Policy
Expo Floor Registration is available to retailers, brand marketers and other industry professionals only. Non-exhibiting industry suppliers, producers, or manufacturers will be charged the regular admission fee of $230 to attend the exhibit hall. ISS reserves the right to deny admission to any companies or individuals deemed unqualified to attend. Limit five non-exhibiting industry supplier, producer, or manufacturer registrants per company.
