Attendee Cancellation Policy 2015
Cancellation requests for refunds must be received in writing by February 13, 2015 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after February 13, 2015. Requests received will not be processed until after the close of the event. No refunds will be made for exhibit hall only registrations or any registrations received after February 13, 2015.
Cancellation requests should be faxed to 949-226-5663.
An organization may substitute one person for another without penalty.
Event Restrictions 2015
• No children under the age of 16 will be permitted on the show floor. Proof of age is required.
• No cameras or video equipment allowed on the show floor. Violators will be prosecuted.
• No baby strollers or rolling carts larger than airline carry on size are permitted on the show floor.
Official Letter of Invitation 2015
Imprinted Sportswear Show welcomes international visitors from around the world.
To obtain travel visas to attend, many US Embassies require that you have an Official
Letter of Invitation from ISS. You can now request the Visa letter during the
registration process. The letter of invitation will be automatically emailed to you
after you complete the registration. If you do not receive the Visa letter within
24 hours, please call 240-439-2980 with questions.
American Disabilities Act 2015
Emerald Expositions is committed to compliance with the ADA. In accordance with the ADA rules, attendees requiring specific aids or services must contact ISS in writing at least two weeks prior to the start date of the show at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Non-Exhibiting Industry Supplier, Producer, or Manufacturer Policy 2015
Expo Floor Registration is available to retailers, brand marketers and other industry professionals only. Non-exhibiting industry suppliers, producers, or manufacturers will be charged the regular admission fee of $300 to attend the exhibit hall. ISS reserves the right to deny admission to any companies or individuals deemed unqualified to attend. Limit five non-exhibiting industry supplier, producer, or manufacturer registrants per company.
